    Hello reefers,

    I am 5 months in a 90 gallon reef. I have had tanks for a while but I am a noob at saltwater reefs. Thank you to all of you that take the time to help people out in this forum.

    Thanks guys.

    I moved up here about 6 years ago when I graduated from Auburn University. (WAR EAGLE to college football fans) I live very close to Falls Church. I don't know if you remember Wally's Aquariums but they closed down last year. It's always sad to see a LFS go.

    I've been there many times. That's a shame. We're losing a LFS here in St Louis too on Dec 23rd. This business was first started in the 1920's by Otto Beldt (who is very famous for being an innovator in tropical fish, water ponds, and planted tanks).

    For those of you joining us that are new to the hobby - the best piece of advice you'll get around here as a saltwater newbie is 3Reef's slogan
    "Go slow, let it grow."
    And for those experianced hobbyists joining us - it's still good advice :p
