    My name is Robert and I'm a journalistic wedding photographer in Pennsylvania. Here's my website if you're curious www.BecauseYouLove.com

    I've been in the aquarium hobby since about 1980. Have been doing reefs since about 1990. Somewhere around the house I have photography covering many of my reef aquariums. Probably should dig them out sometime.

    My last reef was a 58 gallon that I built into the wall of a basement that I finished myself. The whole basement was beautiful, framed in perfectly, hardwood floor, it didn't look like a 'basement', and the reef really made it perfect. I left half the basement as unfinished storage -- you walked through a door from the fnished side to the unfinished side. The aquarium was behind the wall in the unfinished side. It was awesome. Had a separate refugium a huge skimmer, pvc manifold of pipe for delivery of return water. It was awesome! Unfortunately, I have no photography of that! LOL. But when we had to move about 3 years ago it sort of left me down.

    But now I'm back at it and my newest project is a 30 gallon reef. It's not built into the wall or anything, but it's nice to be back in the game.

    Having a forum like this is a bit new for me -- didn't have such resources back when I first got into this. This is cool and should help the hobby lots.

    Yes, I live, work and play in Bucks County.

    By the way I was a member of an aquarium club that met on Churchville Road back around 1995. (Speaking of photography, I even gave a photography slide presentation on a 20gallon reef tank that I had set up at the time.) I think that the club was called the 'bucks county aquarium society'. By any wild crazy chance were you ever there???
