    Just set up my first saltwater tank. It is a 38gal Innovative marine Nuvo. I added a Hydor Slim Skim Nano and Tunze Osmolator. Has 42lbs of live rock and 40lbs of live argonite sand. After a quick cycle I added a pair of clown fish, sixline wrasse, Hector's goby, a few emerald crabs and peppermint shrimp. I made my first mistake when I added an arrow crab. He is back at the LFS after making a meal of a peppermint shrimp.
    This site has been an excellent source of information for me.

    Where in S. FL are you at?
    I am located in the Plantation/Sunrise area...

    GREAT places to get corals and other stuff for your tanks are going to be Blue Seas aquariums on Sunrise blvd and University Dr on the southwest corner and also Reefs Edge on orange drive and 441, It is a little west of 441 on orange drive on the north side of the road

    Those are BY FAR the 2 best places around here to get corals and fish from as they have the best selection of coral of anywhere that I have been to

    I am in Parkland. I have been to Blue Seas aquarium and agree. I got a few corals there a few days ago. I will definetly check out Reefs edge. I often go to Barrier Reef in Boca- awesome but seems overpriced.
