    oooohhhh, try cutting off the bottom of a bundle and wrapping it in tinfoil w/ olive oil and black pepper..same idea. Rosted Garlic yummy. I could live without cliantro too!

    Done it. Great stuff. :)

    Put some of that paste on French bread. Heat it up in the oven, then put some cold tomato dice with olive oil on it.

    I thought I was on the wrong forum for a minute LOL
    Anyway, lived in Morgan Hill for 3+ years, still have a house there, I was born in Redwood City actually, and I used to work in Gilroy (at the Pontiac Buick GMC for a little bit and then at Al Sanchez VW)
    I was there in January visiting family man do I miss that place !!!

    Morgan Hill has gotten huge. I graduated Live Oak back in 86 and I remember how little it was.

    The one thing I do miss is Morgan Hill always has something going on. I remember on Fridays they would close downtown and have parties there. Live bands, beer, food. Lots of fun. I have yet to find another town that is that fun.

    Oh and don't forget the Mushroom Mardi Gras. I remember once a year San Jose would have a beer fest.. I mean what can be more fun then going to sample all kinds of beer? LOL
