welcome fellow Floridian. just put your water, sand, LR, keep your filters running. keep testing water. you'll see ammonia then nitrites then nitrates spike very high. then ammonia, nitrite should drop to 0. then (i would do a water change, about 30-40%) you could add your first fish. add fish very slowly, like one every month or two.

BTW cycling could take up to 12 weeks, so be patient.

Welcome :) If you already have some live rock but need more buy base rock, its way cheaper, and the live rock you have will seed the base rock.

Welcome to 3reef my fellow Miamian;D 90g? Great choice. If indeed you have NO money left, wait a little more and save as Cuttingras mentioned. But if you just cant wait and your willing to raise your C/C balance, buy some SW, LS, LR and ONE small damsel and crank it up. Got any pics of your set up? Luna

welcome to the 3reef, their is no real cheap way around it , just try to understand what it is that you want to achive with your tank and buy what you need to do this ,make the right choices so you dont have to go and buy bigger pumps or new lights .
Go slow and reserch old posts here:)

Please remember, in this hobby you will get what you pay for. THAT GOES FOR ANYTHING. Even good used stuff is pretty expensive (i'm a fan of the used route.) If you go into a purchase trying to cut corners you will be sorry.
