    Hey everyone, I'm pretty new but I've been taking care of fish for years now and would like to know how to take better care of my fish. The fish that I have are; 3 serpae tetras, 3 silver tipped tetras, and 2 bottom feeders (forget the names, something with chinese) in a 10 gallon tank. I think thats a bit overcrowded but the fish seem not to mind and are happily living with eachother :). Also I'm really into designing new aquarium set ups so if any one has any ideas my ears will always be open. I do know that I will be getting some dark gravel to show off more of my fishes colour. So I just wanted to say hello to whoever is reading and is interested. :cheesy:

    Welcome to 3reef. By the sounds of it you have a good mix of schooling medium to high water column fish and bottom feeding fish that won't be in their way. I think they should be perfectly happy.

    welcome to 3reef. I'm guessing you mean a chinese algae eater? If so, they are great cleaners and like every one else I need to see pictures of your tank.
