    the bar has moved since some salt water aquarium guidelines where written, 20 gallon tanks with a matching bio load and fish of the right sizes are common place these days

    Hello Gus and welcome to 3reef, the saltwater hobby has really taken off since the internet was born and you can actually get answers to your problems from experienced reefers(3reef :) ) instead of your lfs which most of the time are just out for a buck and have little knowledge of the saltwater hobby which in turn makes it more enjoyable because you can actually get things to live....lol. Hope you and the two little ones enjoy the tank.
