For the most part I would be ordering most of my gear from Marine Depot such as UV sanitizer, Skimmer, Powerheads, and pump from them oh and T5 6 bank lighting. The prices are better if you shop online for this stuff then getting it here. The price at Big Als for the T5 6 bank was priced at $800.00 here at Big Als and is 399.00 at Marine Depot. They ship to Canada and even with the shipping charge it still cheaper. Everything was $100 or more cheaper at Marine Depot.

Big Als I would only be getting my 65g tank with in and out bulkheads installed and a 30g tank I would use for my sump. I would get salt, filter stuff and testers from them. For the most part they are over priced. I also would maybe get some livestock from them but they don’t have a grate selection and are over priced. Same with there carols. I have been to two of their stores.

I would however recommend North American Fish Breeders to you. They have some fish but do have a large selection of Corals soft and hard. The prices are good as you can get a small frag for $ 10 and you can get a much bigger frag for $ 40 say 4 to 6 times bigger then the one for $10. If you can get by the hole in the wall kind of shop it is that is more or less a Mom and Pop operation. I would recommend this place for Corals. Also have some good LR but not the best cleanest setup I have seen. Fish might be a risky buy from here but I am not totally sure.

Was at a place in Bramtion which seems to be new and it had some nice LR as in neat shapes but that was it. Did not look that good of a setup.

If you have other places you would recommend here in the GTA or online please that ship to Canada let me know. Have you ever ordered lice corals or fish online and had them shipped to you. How did that turn out. I am not sure if this is a good idea as I would not like things to die while in transit to me. I would feel bad about it.

    Cheers.
