    It's like entering a room and knowing maybe one person but their in the bathroom and everyone is staring at you, it makes it a little harder to be forward and say who you are. But here it goes!

    My name is James I live in Woodland California, I have two tanks one fresh and one is my one month old Marine tank. I've been running a fresh tank for a few years now and after purchasing an engagement ring my fiance and I have been able to now afford a Marine tank.(after much begging from my love for a clown fish and fire fish how could I say no?)

    I use to have my fresh tank set up in what is now my marine tank, so they got a little cramped but their doing great. My fresh tank is a 29 gallon standard I run an under-gravel filter and a small HOT filter for peace of mind.
    My Marine is a lovely 46 gallon acrylic bow front, which has finished cycling and now contains live sand, live rock, a single clown, two dalmatian mollys, and a small assortment of dwarf hermit crabs, nassarius snails and nerite snails. More fish and things will come after I move some things around.

    I've been secretly reading over this forum and figured it was time to join in the fun and add my cent and a half.

    (note: Forgive my atrocious grammar and my lack of using the true names of species of critters.)

    Don't worry about the scientific names of fish, corals, and other inverts. I prefer the use of scientific names but most other people on the forum don't use them either.
