    Yes I feed both. I spot feed twice a week every thing that will take food . Not sure if this against the rules not trying to advertise just a good product but I use Larry's reef frenzy for food puts rods food to shame everything in the tank loves it. Thanks for the compiments guys :)

    It is good stuff for sure old :) I got a free sample and been hooked ever since my all of my LPS extend their feeding tentacles when I feed even during the day :)
