    I'm always thinking outside the box. Trust me, I have combos in my tank that guidlines say cannot be together. I too have fish with and coral together and some fish that aren't "reef safe" with no problems. Some say that problems will develop but my tanks are flourishing. I think your approach is good, you have to monitor what you have and have a solution if a problem arises. Hope to see pics soon ;)

    Good to know other people are trying to see whats possible too! I know it will require more monitoring and work than usual, but that's half the fun anyway.

    so, what are you thinking your list will be at this point? I too really love triggers, that's why I has searched really hard for a smaller version especially of the niger but the blue throats are awesome too! Am interested to see what you end up keeping - keep us posted.

    Besides what I have I just ordered two more anthias to make a group. Plan on getting one more larger fish. I have been strongly advised against triggers by everyone I've spoken to given I only have a 65 gallon so I don't know how I'll finish out my fish stock. Only time will tell!
