    just signing on to say hello to everyone. this is a new hobby for me, iv'e kept tropical fish but this is a new adventure.i know nothing so know doubt i will be calling for help at some stage.i have an 80 gallon tank which i have set up over the last couple of months. to date every thing is fine lets hope i have no major problems.by the way i live in morecambe england.

    Welcome to 3reef...You are going to love it here and find all sorts of worthwhile info.
    Ask as many questions as you can and research and read and read.
    Do everything slow as rushing
    doesn't work...been there, done that!
    Most of all...ENJOY! It is a wonderful hobby though can be quite expensive!!!! Man, i'm sick of eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and pasta!!!!!!!!

    bmcvtec, welcome to 3reef i hope your stay is pleasant. Don't let the price overwhelm you for there are a lot of DIY (do it yourself) plans out there that work just as well as buying it from the retail stores. Also you then get the kudos for making something with your own hands.
