    Hello everyone,

Hmm, Well as of right now I Do Not have a saltwater setup.I switched my 220 over from a lr & fish only tank seven months ago to a african cichlid tank. I'm currently working on setting up a AGA reef ready 75 gal w/ built in overflows as a reef tank.I currently have :

    Equip:
---I just installed 4-110watts VHO T5's in my canopy powered by a icecap 660 ballest. (later may add a 400 watt MH <--- tbd)
    ---2 P.skimmers a excaliber and a C. super skimmer both rated for 125gals tanks. ( I figure with 2 skimmers I can increase my bio-load)
    ---20gal refug/sump with a mag drive 7 as a retuen pump.
---5 gal bucket as a deep remote sand bed.
---2 model 30 aquaclear and 1 model 110 aquaclear power heads for (extra water movement).
    --- 10 and 120 gal med tanks

    Livestock in mind:
    6-8 perc clowns
    1 yellow tang
    2 firefish
    1 goby
    1 cleaner wrasse
    clean up crew
cleaner shrimp, coral shrimp, and pep. shrimp

    corals:
    mushrooms
    clams
    staghorns
    table corals
    anemones
    polps
    who knows what else

    still have to get:
    130lbs of sand
    40lbs of LR
    40lbs of base rock

Feel free to give me some suggestions and advise.

The one Excalibur skimmer is all you will really need .. Two skimmers will work against one another as for cleaning the water.. I ran a 90 for many many yrs with far more fish bio then you describe with the smaller Excalibur hell then they only had one size :) Or just use te other skiimer but I'dnot use both of them.. Everything else you posted should be fine to go with..

Thank you for the welcomes. Thanks for the input Tangster.I figured i'd run the second skimmer on my refug. but if I dont need it I'll run it on a med tank or frag grow out tank. Thanks again.

You never want to run a skimmer in a refugium IMO as it defeats the purpose and takes away from the beneficial ecosystem within your refugium!!!! And as Tangster pointed out you only need one skimmer, preferrably the stronger of the two.
Oh, yes forgot to mention that you definitely do not want run a skimmer in your quarantine/medication tank as the skimmer will remove the medication and probably gunk up your skimmer!!!!
