Welcome to 3reef......Pics???????????????? We don't care if it's a starter tank. Pics are pics. I agree with the above posters, damsel died of ammonia/nitrite poisoning. It happens. Your tank will cycle in two or three more weeks so just take it slow. If you have not hit the diatom phase, you will soon. It is unmistakable. Brown and ugly. Don't clean it up, just let it go. The clean up crew you eventually buy will take care of it. So have fun with it. ......and you may want to keep the lights off for most of the time during the cycle phase.

What kind of skimmer are you using?

Oh.......did I mention pics? There is a gallery portion of your profile you should fill up. Hehehe.

Treyson you need some pics of that tank, I'd post the ones from my phone, but they wouldn't do the tank any justice, by the way he added a yellow-tail damsel on Saturday, I tested his tank Saturday morning and it came out pretty good, 0s across the board CA at 440, alkalinity at 10 dKH, didn't test mg, btw thanks for the burrachos gift card, I'll make it over sometime this week to re-test

    Tank Pictures

Treyson's aiptaisa problems is mostly taken care of, there might be a few small ones that remain hidden, but I noticed yesterday, that he has some flatworms, I told him it needs to be taken care of before there everywhere, I believe he's ordering some Sailferts flatworm exit. Heres some pictures I took last night on my phone, and one picture from when he setup it up over a month ago.
