    I too have been lurking for a while and joined to say thanks,this forum is very unusual as people are freindly,very helpful,and very knowledgable.That is something i'm not used to!!lol..I just started my first reef about 4 months ago and having great success with it,It was built on a shoestring budget,but have learned what i can get away with or not,have saved a coral that was in seriuos trouble,and have dealt with a couple issues that pop up with new reefs,all from reading your post.Very appreciative and would like to say thanks alot.You helped someone you didn't even know you were helping.


    55 gallon Reef
    130 pc lighting
    dual otb filters
    skimmer
    65 lbs or so live and base rock mixed
    several fish,inverts and about 12 different species of soft easy corals
