    The endcaps we had used a metal contact that grips the wire when it is pushed into the socket. I got them out by removing the back of the endcap and using an exacto knife to depress the contact slightly which released the wire.

    I wasn't kidding you can get them out with an Icepick LOL I'll see him today and we'll get It working. But thanks for the Info Jack:)
