    Hello all-

    I have been reading this forum for quite some time and finally joined. I have been keeping Nano reefs for the last 5 years or so (maybe 6, maybe 7, I kinda don't remember) and I am now in the process of upgrading my 10 gallon to a 29 gallon reef.

    I figured I would make a small thread to document all that is happening because I know this has a chance to fail with all of my DIY work (I have never drilled a tank before, or reinforced/ semi-built my own tank stand before, and def never built my own fuge... the Aquaclear mods don't count for me).

    I look forward to any comments :)

    My current 10 gallon reef that is being dismantled

    10 gallon glass aquarium
    red sea prizm pro skimmer with the neck modded (raised about 4 inches)
    20 inch current PC lights 40 watt dual daylight 40 watt dual actinic with 1 night LED (80 watt fixture)
    Koralia Nano powerhead
