help...any info about why zoas r dying

    well i want to keep zoas,and maybe some hard corals....my tank is 17 tall and 3ft long...and iv bought a few zoas and they died.....no bugs on them,water par are good,and no fish that would pick on them...any helpful info would be great..thanks

    check salinity....what do you use to measure your salinity

    all my tank par are good..i have alot of tests and i kow what they should be...my tank is a 40 gallon with a 15gallon overflow 2 power heads,1 clown,1pj card,1 scop tang 1 green goby...2 96watt coralife lightsat 10,000k one is abtinic blue....no bugs or nudis...the tank is 17in tall and 3ft wide..i use a hydro meter for salinity and its around 1.023

    Zoas are very hardy. Did you try doing a couple of water changes.

    If all your parameters are right then the tank could be contaminated with something toxic.

    I had some die off till someone asked if I was feeding them. Then I started using the DTs and they came back double time.
