HELP- ASAP- Overflow box

    Actually I was mistaken.. The two pipes that are connected to the box do go up higher then the U shaped pipes that bring water in from the aquarium.. I turned off the pump and it does fill the sump pretty full but that is because the siphons through the power heads.. So it takes the water down to that level, which is under the overflow. I think I need a one way valve on the pump side.
