Help clown not happy!

    Just to clear up the matter i do NOT have a anemone for my clowns! im going to leave it for at least 6 months :)

    I see you've done research, good for you, K+! ;D Even six months is considered on the young side for an anemone

    I forgot that the tank was that young. My mistake on that point, sorry. :(
    My clown acted very odd after losing his first anemone. After 3 weeks of not having one, he resorted to hosting on a big patch of GHA on my rock. It was pretty sad to see. As soon as I put the new anemone in the tank, my clown went nuts, like a kid with a new puppy. Maybe it's a case of coincidence or a special case, but he looks more at peace with the anemone now since that is his safe haven now. :confused:

    How are the clowns now? Have they acclimated to the new water conditions? I would expect they have or will eventually. Hardy creatures they are and I am sure they will adjust fine. Your acclimation procedure was fine. They just have the new tank syndrome IMO. Give it a few days.

    The clowns are fine, full off fun & all over the tank !. Feeding like they have never been feed in there lives!;D
