Help, corals and tang not looking good!

    I have a 30 gallon aquarium with a deep blue solarmax 36 in 4 bulb fixture. The tank has a clown and a scopas tang. I have been having a little of an algae problem, and cyano bacteria problem. i have had a cyan problemm before, but that cleared up about a month ago. My tang has not been looking too good lately only in the light, and the frogspawn and the pulsing xenia have stayed closed for a few weeks, they barely open up when the actincs go on right before they turn off. Could this be a chemical problem? or a hardware problem? please help!

    What are your ammonia, nitrate, and nitrate levels?

    I am not at home right now, but my ammonia was i believe a .25? I'm not sure, but it was low, not perfect tho. and my nitrates were low, i don't remember the nitrites...

    Anything above 0 ammonia will cause major issues. That is likely your issue
