    lol this has definitely added some excitement around here, we call it the "sea monster". Have had no luck in seeing it again, we did a night feeding hoping to see it come out but alias, no luck.

    Been diligently trying to catch this thing on image., no luck. Have been given the advice to flush the rock out with carbonated water but not sure if this would harm the rock at all, or how long I would have to dip it for, any suggestion on such a procedure?

    Weve got more LR on the way and hoping to get rid of it before finishing the aquascape.

    If you dip the whole rock, you'll definitely harm much of the beneficial bacteria. Some people put a rack or eggcrate over a bucket and pour seltzer water into the holes. The critters will jump out of the rock into the bucket (filled with saltwater). Then you can pick out the critters you want to keep and put them back into your tank.
