Help!! Diy Zero Edge Aquarium

    Does anyone know how to make a diy zero edge aquarium where the waters flows over all 4 sides of the aquarium and down into the sump and back up? if so please help me i really want one but they are way to expensive to buy!

    this is a little old but i think i can help, the reason these things are so expensive is because they take alot of advanced equipment to make and are made of the best acrylic.

    if you were to make one you would need a way to bend the acrylic inward at the top of the tank. it isnt just straight acrylic, if it were when it overflowed it would splash and would be uneven. if you want an even overflow so you can still see clearly in the tank you must bend the acrylic inward at a right angle at the top of the tank.

    as for the rest of the tank there is just a little resovoir where the water fills up then goes down to the sump and is then pumped back into the tank.

    Yeah, I don't think it is very easy. I've seen lots of people mention it, but haven't seen anyone pull it off... If your very handy, maybe you can... It would definitely be cool to see :)
