Hey everyone, I have a 25 gallon salt water tank and 3 of my fish are dead and 2 are acting very strange. Im recently used a Mr. Clean magic eraser to clean the glass due to the fact that it worked awesome, however i think there may be something in it that is making the fish sick? Please help with any information you may have, it is greatly appreciated. What should I do next?

You used the Mr.clean on the inside glass or outside?A water change would help either way,and some fresh carbon if possible.

calm down, the original Mr. cleans magic eraser is entirely tank safe. however if you got a different variety like a scented one or something like that (im not too familiar with the different varieties) then it very well could have put a pollutant into the tank. do a water change just to be safe. that should help to start.

Why in earth would you do this !?! Have you ever heard of razor blades and/or filter pads?

A cut filter pad will peel anything except coralline right off the glass

dude... seriously.... take a couple deep breaths!

acting like this is the worst way to help a person with their problem. if you cannot be polite and professional about this why post on the thread??

edit: just in case you didn't believe me, there is mention of using them in this here thread.

I'm sorry!! I am literally just blown away. I have never even heard of anyone doing this...

Obviously the only thing you can do it run Carbon and do water changes, but realesing chemicals in the water is most likely a death sentence for an aquarium

AND the link you provided...is for cleaning outside glass. No one is putting Mr Clean Magic Easers in their tank...

not necessarily, if he acts quick and takes the right procedures he can get away with few casualties.

Well I obviously don't need yours, since your not giving me any, and are just causing unnecessary arguments on my thread. I am here for help, not to argue. Thanks.
