    You can take the chance but again I have seem multiples of the same but as soon as there there a oddball thrown in for example a maroon clown thrown in a tank with 4 occys, that next morning either all the occys will be dead or the maroon.

    I have seen thing first hand.

    You are talking about adding clowns to a system where there are alreay two clowns in there. Most likely the maroon was the female. Yes, you can have different types of clowns together in one tank. I do this myself with no problems as well as a lot of clown breeders I know.

    Again, off topic, I hope you figured out your dilemma, but,

    I had a Oc. Clown. Then I got a larger sabae black clown.

    They never fought, and often swim together, etc.
    Lately, the black is more of a Bad A$$, but he still does not kill anyone.

    Maybe my fairly large real estate (125g) tank helps also.

    So, are they still alive?
