help. how to make tank dig proof

I think these are good suggestions. However I would make sure there is a rock that the fish can get under. As you know, this is a fish that digs. Not having that I'm not sure it will be happy long term and more prone to jumping. Once they settle in the jump calms down a bit from what I understand.

 

personally i think that three inches is plenty for the goby hell probubly make his burrow right away and when he does if he doesnt disturb anything id leave it alone

 

i was thinking of making like 4 in squeares of egg crate kinda thing with spaces between them to dig

 

i dont wanna stress it out rearranging rocks once hes in there... so im tryn to do it ahead of time ... thats one expensive fish to loose lol

 

i was looking at the blue spot jawfish as i love this fish, but i decided against it just because i didn't feel comfortable with something digging and living under my rocks 24/7. So i just decided to play safe ant not get one. Beautiful fish though, good luck

 

thanks pufferchick.. i love these lil guys ...if i can get my rock work reinforced ill be picking one up the next week !!! but i wont get one till my tanks safe to have one
