    Not sure if it's toxic or not but you can try Blue sand

    and I know for a fact Lowes has blue plexi

    What are you going to have so your fish and inverts can hide when they feel stress?

    LOL, little figurines may be taking it too far. Less is more!

    Although I am finding really cool beach hut bird houses... A bit to big at about 3/4 cubic feet but they might just work.

    I WILL be making a hammock (somehow) to string between the two palm trees I have for the tank. Haha, I can see it now, the bottom-feeder relaxing in the hammock on the beach... under water!

    And thanks for the referral cuttingras! I took a quick look through the thread about bumper stickers and such and saw that you guys are sorta having difficulties with the t-shirts. If that's the case, I can get t-shirts made (through a business I help run).

    No screen-printing or iron-on crap either, these would be CAD Cut material that is opaque. Just need a .jif image to vectorize and start the process. We can do any material as well, girls tee's guy's tees, button shirts, hats, keychains, etc. shirts run $8-10, hoodies run $20, hats run $15-$25 (all with the logo)... FYI

    Anyways, I'm starting to find some images that would work as backgrounds (with a little editing). Being in a landlocked state, I can't do much with my camera... ;(

    Here's a couple to get the idea

    Geewiz, this photo would be perfect if it were taken a little bit lower, and WASN'T $750.00 ....

    Yep, but high resolution for enlargment.

    I think I found someone in Florida that's going to take some pictures for me! HA! :)

    You don't neccessarily have to chop off the top. As long as the photo is taken AT the shoreline (sea level) it's fine.

    flickr FTW!!!

    I think this is the winner;

    It's got beautiful water meeting the beach at the bottom of the photo about 2/3 from one side (exactly like I wanted). It's even got the beach huts on the left, I can make a replica of one of those a little bit bigger and put it right inside the tank with holes to swim through.

    Now I just have to enlarge it!

    any ideas on what the hammock should be made out of? I don't want it to be flexible though.

    (again, thanks for all the help 3reefers!)
