Not sure if brown jelly desease can affect those but if it's that far gone then I would get that head out to avoid infecting anything else or tainting the water.

BJD is what it sounds like to me. If so don't try to remove the infected head out until you siphon off the brown slime. It's bacterial and will infect any LPS it comes into contact with so you want to be careful.

If you see any brown jelly ie. necrotic tissue, you can use airline tubing to siphon off the dead/necrotic tissue and give the coral a bath with an Iodine solution like TM Pro Coral Cure or similar product. The iodine will act as an antiseptic and hopefully kill prevent the spread of the tissue necrosis.

    Few questions:

    - how long have you had it?
    - is there any other corals in the tank, how are they doing?
    - what are your water params?
    - what is your lighting?

Good questions but I have one more to add as well

Did you touch it with your bare hands?

Euphyllias are very susceptible to the oils on your skin.

Yes, good one, also was it ever dropped on the sand? I had a beautiful FS and one day when trying to re-arrange my tank it fell headfirst onto my sandbed. Over the next few days each head disoolved and withered away to nothing.
