I have a condalactis nem. It's been in my tank for about 4-5 months. For some strange reason it will not eat, its mouth hangs open and sits shriveled up. Heres a pic

doesnt look that bad but a mouth that will not close is a bad sign i would get a clear critter keeper so i could keep it in light and nurse iit back

is there stringy stuff coming from its mouth? all i can tell from the pic is that its really bleached. they should have a solid white color with purple tips. once it looks like its turning inside out or stringy goop is coming out of it anywhere its time to toss it. a gaping mouth isnt a good sign, and neither is not eating. all you can do is try to nurse it back to health. how old is your tank? what lighting do you have over it?

You shouldn't try to force it to eat. I notice with my RBTA, when I feed it too frequently, it gets uncomfortable and will move out of the light, stop eating, shrivel more (defecating). When I just leave it alone, it does better.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
A dead anemone will not remain footed, will no longer inflate and deflate. If it's actively dying you should have a noticeable ammonia level.

And as posted do not force feed any anemone, that will only end with their demise.

I can not say for sure whats wrong with your anemone, but this link may help.
