help is this bad??

    Take a few more pictures. Is this growing anywhere else in the tank? Is there any blue-green cyano at all growning on the rocks or sand?

    no thats the only place its growing, so with Cyano how do i get rid of it

    Besides checking parameters, yes I'd start with getting some more flow. If any parameters are funky go there next.

    it seems that the bubble are rising , making the algae longer but then eventualy breaking off, any idea?

    Get a clear glass in the tank and put it inverted over the bubble algae. gently scrape the algae and allow it to float up into the inverted cup. Then remove it from your tank.
    If you don't want to do that, then pick the hammer coral up off that LR. Remove the LR from the tank and rinse the bubble algae or cyano, whatever you believe that is off the rock. Try to get the bubbles off and down the drain. If you think any algae spores are still on the rock, scrub it with a toothbrush and rinse it really good. Rinse with RO/DI water if you have it.

    Slimy like cyno, try some cerith snails. They seem to be more expensive, but they do the best IMO at slime type algea control
