Help me choose fish

Hi all,

I would like some help re-stocking my tank. It is almost a blank slate when it comes to fish so go crazy for me ;D !

Here's the back story:
Last year we had a few large earthquakes in which I lost all livestock except for my emperor angel . At that time I had the emperor, a picasso trigger, yellowtail damsel and a percula clown. The aftershocks (all 9306 and counting!) have calmed down enough that we no longer lose electricity so I think I am ready to re-stock.

The display tank is 250L (~70G) lit by 40x 3W LEDs. I found a frag pack for a steal so the tank has quite a few acros and montis as well as some soft corals. The only LPS is a frogspawn.

If this was your tank, what fish and/or inverts would you choose?

I know this is an open ended question, however I would rather get some advice and have a happy healthy tank than go wild and make the same mistakes others have already made.

I had my eye on a good sized copperband butterfly however the lid fell into the tank and the LFS (a 6.0 aftershock just before xmas) and cut a large piece of his tail off so I'm back to nothing
