The FNI fixture doesn't have individual reflectors in a true sense, just a giant reflector that is contoured for each bulb. For what it costs with bulbs included, it is not a bad fixture. Can definitely tell where they cut corners to make it so cheap. The inside of the fixture looks like a DIY job IMO.

With that said, I've been running mine with ATI bulbs since December and have had no issues. Everything is growing and doing great, including my SPS.

I do like it, but I'm now going LED in a few weeks. If you're on a budget and looking to get the most bang for your buck for a T5 fixture, I would recommend it. Just don't forget to factor in the cost of replacing the bulbs.

I would definitely go with the one where you can upgrade the lights to ATI bulbs. The coral plus bulbs are awesome from what I hear. I think member 2in10 has all Coral Plus bulbs now and is loving it.

Thank you sticksmith. I'm thinking I'll run
two coral plus, a blue plus(I think that's what it's called) and an aquablue special.

    One last bump.

I'm still leaning towards FNI. I wont be able to upgrade bulbs for a while though. But that's ok, I'm just keeping lps and softies ATM.
