    i know absolutely nothing about chillers, but personally I would lean more towards the one with more HP and the smaller price tag.

    P/M me if you want I some help and a better deal on the current USA 1/chiller I get you a little better price .. Either one would be my fisrt choice the USA is the far better of the two you have listed though
