what about another tang of some sort? Tangs are reef safe and a 125 should be large enough for one of the smaller versions although I'd say a 125 could hold quite a few different ones if you start small....blue tang, yellow tang, purple tang would really be awesome if you have the money or perhaps a powder blue? anyway, just some ideas if you don't want to risk an angel....

My gramma stays in the rocks, its even hard to convince her to come out with food.

I love the Gobies and Anthias,

I had the feeling that I d be getting all sorts of opinions which is exactly what im looking for. I like the second tang idea. I had not given that much consideration. I know that my 125 is about the minimum size for may scopas. Does adding a second one require additional space? I do not have a QT tank so along with all the other things i m paranoid about, i really dont want ich in my tank. I was sooo lucky that i ve had no issues with my current tang. Keep the ideas comming and I think I'll start thinking tang a bit more.

if you're debating on an angel for the next fish, just stick with the dwarf angels... like the coral beauty or pigmy or potters

i've had a coral beauty and didn't touch any of my corals... candy cane dunkcan zoanthids xenias frog spawn gsp

Decision has been made. I added 5 yellow spiny chromis and a small powder blue tang. There was a bit of chasing and nipping by the damsel shortly after the additions but today all seems peaceful in the tank. I think i made the right choices but time will tell.

QT the tang, they are not hardy unless they are bought in really good shape.
Hopefully the chromis won't kill each other off...
