Hey everyone it's finally time to design a CUC for my 29 gallon tank. It is finished cycling and I am thinking about getting a CUC together tomorrow. I plan on having 2 clowns, a mandarin goby, and possibly another small fish. I also plan on having zoas (I have a few already as they came attached to some LR I bought) frog spawn, and eventually a RBTA. I am getting 2 peppermint shrimp tomorrow to take care of an aiptasia problem and copeopods for the future mandarin, but am unsure of what else to get. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks guys!

Before starting anything I would take the aiptasia problem out now. Remove any effected rock and manually remove with a stiff brush and water. If you don't they can spread pretty quick and at this point in the game you would not be losing anything. Peppermint shrimp may or may not solve your problem. As for the CUC I use hermits and emerald crabs because they both will eat any left over food and the emerald crabs will beat any GHA before you notice it. I also like salty lightfoot crabs if you can find one. I would also get a few nassarius snails or other small snails and several empty shells for the hermit to grow into.
