    1 more thing, are they tolerant to high temperatures like 31C max?? the water surface agitation will be high for good gas exchange.....

    88*F is a bit excessive...we run our tropical lionfish setups at least 11*F cooler. Excessively warm temps shorten a fish's lifespan significantly.

    i run my reef at 80F (27C) using a chiller since 3yrs. noting wrong has happened ever no fish deaths. here temps reach as high as 34C, tank temps reach 32C without chiller. i guess ill have to add a chiller. what about food though. please suggest. Will gutloading the feeder mollies with cyclop, nori and spirullina and sometimes beta glucan.
