    Is this A white legged Hermit crab

    what type of plant is this growing out of that rock (i think it's bad. is it should i take it out?)

    What Type of Fishes are these are they good in reefs

    does this setup look good for a 10 gallon i think i'm overstocking but there all really small also is those filters any good

    Honestly from what I can see, it looks like you have found some rocks in your back yard and used those. If they are silicate based vs. carbonate based, you may find some problems with algae and diatoms. I can't see the filter, so I can't tell if it is good or not. I also use a HOB filter and it works fine for me. The fish look to be some sort of cardinal maybe, but I could be wrong. If this is your first salt water tank a 10 gal. will need more attention and care then a large tank, you just need to keep an eye on the parameters. You mention if the fish are reef safe, do you have any corals or are planning on getting corals? I didn't see any in the pictures. If you do or are planning are getting corals, what type of lighting do you have? That will be very important. Please ask any more questions that you may have or fill us in with more info.
