    Do a google search. Mandarins are big time pod eaters and should only go in a mature tank. But I do have to disagree with packleaders statement a little because bad algae usually does mean lots of pods because pods thrive in algae rich environments, so algae won't hurt the matter!

    Very true, but I don't think that's what he is referring to. Ive seen it myself, there's a few online retailers and info places that are referring mandarins as herbivores, specifically stating that their diets are similar to lawnmower blenny's.
    Not Good :-/
