I like Fluffy Bob! I decided against Atilla today....see this is why I can never have children! I can not name a simple mantis shrimp! He might just be known as ....."it";D.

Might be "cat killer" as my cat has discovered him today and keeps scratching at the tank. That thing ("it")breaks through the tank (highly unlikely) and grabs a hold of my cat....the cat will be on his own as I will be running for my life, leaving puppies and all behind!!!:drive:The way "it" eats, he will devour my cat and my pups and will still be looking for me!

probably why that guy got fired, he was such a Jack..... The guy that took Killer from me did not want me to know, but I always asked him when I saw him how killer was  and he was so hacked over the incident! Your right, there is no reason to do that, he said the entire office just loved Killer

HEY NOW.....them's fightin' words. That's not allowed for soooooo many reasons.

I doubt that there's an animal heaven but, if there is, being half Sicilian won't save you. Fluffy would NOT approve of another mantis being named Fluffy.

She was probably my favorite mantis. She hated Rachel. She went into a meral spread whenever she walked by my desk. (I should have listened to her....sigh). When I lost her it was a sad day. It was due to a bad molt.....I actually had bamboo barbeque skewers and I tried my best to help her out of her exoskeleton but failed.

So, you're saying that mantis shrimp really are as intelligent as the experts claim :D

And I had a mantis named Fluffy as well. Great minds and all that jazz

OK....that's too funny. There's gotta be a story behind the name.

Here's the only pic I can find right now of Fluffy (you can't see her but I want to prove that, at one time, I did have hair on the back of my head). She would study me all day long as I worked.
