    Could anyone please ID these? They close when I turn the lights off and open up when I turn them on. There's a colony of about 15-20 of them.

    best i can tell it looks like some sort of stare polyp. to me

    I wish I could get a better pic of them but they are very tiny. Arn't star polyps a type of coral? How would those get in my tank?

    Thanks, I looked up green star polyps and they look more green and grassy while mine just look white. Will mine eventually look this way?

    if they are green star, they will get greener as they grow. i was given a little piece , and they are multiplying but not the vibrant green yet either.
