John, that is a really cute possum! The possums around here don't look anything like that. In fact they are plum ugly!! Will he let you pet him?

    Cindy.

No and I don't want to 'pet' him either LOL They are wild animals and have to fend against cats and dogs. I've sem many a cat mauled by large possums and they are quite viscous if provoked.

SO I just leave them some frut now and again and watch them watch me :)

I had twin Himalayan cats that I called "Captain" and "Tenile".

Remember them .... "Love will keep us together - whatever" the singing duo.

What da ya think? Let us know what you go with.

Those are all great names and yes I do remember Captain and Tenile. (That's kind of showing our age isn't it?) ;)

We did decide on a final name. Although my husband really wanted to call them Ozzie and Harriet (do you remember them?) He got used to me calling them Budi and Tuti and decided those names fit them better. Those two names are from a list of Indonesian names that JohnO posted. Since the sugar gliders are native to Indonesia, I think Budi (male) and Tuti (female) are pretty cute names. Thanks JohnO! :D

And I do remember Ozzie and Harriet - we're not getting old ... are we?
