Its payday and I want to buy another fish for my tank. I want something colorful that swims around the middle of the tank but it needs to be active. I have two clowns that ended up hosting the sump return hose and spend all their time in the top corner. My lawn mower blenny is all over but he has no color and blends in with the rocks. What would you suggest? I need a Colorful, Active, Reef Safe fish. 8)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If you have a lid I would say Royal gramma or fire fish, purple or orange.

    Have fun fish shopping.

You could still try the Royal gramma, they usually go for the bolt hole in the rocks over jumping.

Stay away from the Dottybacks though if you want a peaceful tank, beautiful but nasty personalities.

Yellow Tail Damsel is a good one as well.

    Cherub Angel might work.

    Chalk basslet.

I am not a huge fan of the Midas blenny, but you get a lot of color.

Not doing another Damsel- they are mean. I had a yello and a yellow tail and both tried to kill my clown. Little 3 dollar fish had to go. lol

Im starting to considered a pygmy angel, I didnt know there was such a small angel. I like the Midas Blenny too but from what I read they are more of perchers then active swimmers.
