Is your lighting strong enough for SPS corals and Clams? If so, I'd get more corals and fish. If not, you could buy the lighting and sell your old lighting so that you have more money for corals and fish lol ;D

Im pretty sure their good enough for sps and clams. The leds I was gonna build was gonna be supplements to the ones I have uv, green and red. I wasnt going to buy a bunch of sps until I get a yellow birdsnest and see how it does for a couple months.

Maybe I should get some t5's for my frag tank I built then get a bunch of corals. Put half in my tank and half in the frag tank and sell them. The 5 lfs's I have around me are horrible, (1 is ok but I had to talk him into selling me a hammer) very limited and very expensive.

How much money are you looking to spend?

If I have extra money come in, I prefer to make an investment in equipment. Personally, I love anything that helps to automate tank maintainence. Auto top off, new controller, or maybe a new module for an existing controller, etc.

My issue with buying a lot of fish, or corals, at once is if you feel the need to drop say $400 on just livestock, you may buy things just because your LFS happens to have them in stock when you go. I prefer to buy livestock here and there, and just wait for something I really want to be in stock before I buy it.

I had 1200, some went to bills :( then I got some more test kits, misc plumbing parts and refractometer. I have about 600 left. I was thinking about maybe an oscimillator ato, leds, maybe an apex(maybe), another mp40, or make a 3 hour drive to la and go to vivid aquariums because my lfs's dont have hardly anything.
