I have a very large chunk of store credit at my lfs and would like to revamp my 40g breeder. What fish, if money wasn't an issue would you put in this tank?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    A pair of Picasso Clowns.

    A Helfrichi Fire Fish.

    A Blue Spotted Jaw Fish.

    A Coral Beauty.

And invest heavily in a good lid.

Not sure I really want clowns. I like the lid comment though.

Man there are some beautiful clowns out there. Go to Ibluewater.com, ORAfarm.com, Sustainableaquatics.com and look at what they have. Most LFS order fish from ORA and SA anyways. I was just like you when I started and was really against clowns. Now I have 2 pairs and paid $400 for one of my pairs.

I've had clowns in the past and I just don't see the appeal. Maybe it's because I work at a pet store and hear kids chanting "There's Nemo" all... day... long... I would be open to a pair of pink skunk clowns but if my wife doesn't insist on clowns this time I'm not going to get them.

40g breeder, 20g sump with fuge , 50 lbs of rock, 60 lbs of sand, dsb and liove rock in sump, Coralife Aqualight Pro (150w hqi and 2 65w compacts), no current livestock. This is a complete tank revamp.
