help me, whats this

my tank have been up and running 5 weeks tomarrow, i know that i have a brittle worm but what are these 6 little white things? they are about 1/4 of a inch. and about 100 of these little things, they are about 1/8 of an inch, just 1 little tube sticking up all over 2 of the live rocks. the little almostclear tubes are all over, you can see 1 toward the bottom and to the right of the center of the picture. thanks for any help

Vermitid snails, generally safe but can irritate corals with their feeding strings.

how do i get rid of them? thanks

 

Remove them with pliers or bone cutters or a screw driver. You can also cover the end with glue or epoxy.
