I have a spare 40 gallon breeder sitting around and keep thinking it would be a great refugium to tie into my sump I am going to move into the basement 1 floor down. I have pumps and all nessary equipment but would love to give my mangroves a better home rather then my sump. Does anyone have pics of there fuge that might be seperate from there sump? I am pretty creative but would like to add a large refugium rather then the small on I have. Thanks guys.

Just a fyi I am moving my sump down 1 floor not just the fuge. I want to put a larger section for my second skimmer if needed. Thanks

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I know that mangroves are not that rare anymore but I love them in a fuge. And I am a huge fan of ATS if it is not compeating with existing algaes like chaeto.

I have no pics of my fuge, but I have mine seperate from my sump. I have a pump in my sump pumping water from my sump going to my fuge which is gravity fed back to my sump. It's simple but it works for me

No pic just cause it doesn't show well. I have water from the overflow sent directly to my fuge and another line to the sump. I drilled a hole in the fuge and plumbed it to the sump.
