I just checked my parameters and this is how it goes.

    Ca-350
    Alk-11.3
    Salinity-1.023
    Ammonia,Nirate,Nitrite- Zeros across the board

Should I do anything about the Ca and Alk?

Double check the number with another brand kit unless you are sure they are good and then increase your Ca dosing and decrease the Alk. I wouldn't add any alk until it drops below 10 at the highest. For hard corals Ca should be between 380 and 450. Yoiu can add up to 50ppm Ca per day.
