Damsels are mean little buggers. Good luck, they can be stubborn.

Coke bottle trap with a little bit of food should do the trick in about 15-20 minutes

    regarding mean damsel

i got a trap from the fish store and put some flakes in it. It is plexi round and has a guillotine door with a really long fishing line i put the it in the tank with the flake food in there and waited holding the string across the room for an hour and he would not go in it at all all my other fish would but not him i just dont know what to do

Wait tip feeding time. Try using meaty foods. Not flakes

Set the net in the tank for a while so he gets used to it, then come feeding time swipe him out.
