Well, the skeleton is clearly showing and the rest looks withered. I don't think it will make it. Sorry. LPS do not generally recover when their skeleton is showing like that. You could try a low flow area and try feeding it.

It needs big meaty chunks of shrimp or silversides or the like

I've had a bubble, blastomussa, frog spawn and acan lord die, and they all started to show their skeletons, then went down hill fast. They wouldn't accept food and acted strangely. It sucks to lose a coral, but live and learn. I hope it does survive, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

All you can do is keep those open brains on the sand but once it is showing the skeleton like yours its true its downhill. When you but one make sure it is very plump looking and then feed it every week meaty food with your turkey baster. They have tentacles that will come out and grab the food and pull it in.

If the skeleton wasnt showing when you bought it; then perhaps maybe you injured the edge of the brain coral. If you cut it with a fingernail or rock edge or anything for that matter, they can get bacterial infections which cause them to die and such.
Good luck and best thing to remember is, research corals before you get them so you know exactly what to look for and waht not to do.
