Everytime I adjust the skimmer intake - it only makes more bubbles into the tank or nothing at all. Its a brand new skimmer that was highly recommended but theres nothing coming up. I haven't done a water change because the tank is so new but there's also no one around my area that sells that water. Closest is petco with their salt water. I will try that tonight.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Try a free photobucket account. Take your image, upload it to photobucket. Under your image on photobucket is a " IMG" code, copy that code and paste it into your post.

Top off is when you are just adding fresh water to the tank and not doing an actual water change. This should be happening at the most every three days, commonly every day. Salt does not evaporate, water does and drives up the SG quickly in a matter of days, you need to account for this by adding fresh water RO/DI, you can buy this bottle water at most stores for cheap until you get an RO/DI filter.

If you buy "bottled water" from the store, make it distilled. Don't buy spring water or the like.
